These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tikun Olam website (“Site”), operated by Tikun Olam LLC (“Tikun Olam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

This Site is intended for U.S. residents aged 21 or older, or 18 and older with a valid physician recommendation, and contains information related to cannabis products regulated under California law.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

• To violate any federal, state, or local law, including cannabis regulations

• To misrepresent your age or identity

• To attempt to access products or services not legally available to you

• To engage in fraud, misuse, or any harmful activity

• To copy, scrape, harvest, or use automated tools (including bots) to collect data from the Site

• To interfere with the functioning or security of the Site

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

2. Age Restrictions

This Site discusses cannabis products and is intended only for:

• Individuals 18+ with a valid physician recommendation

You must not access this Site if you do not meet these requirements.

3. No Sales on This Site

We do not sell cannabis products directly on this Site.
All purchases are made exclusively through licensed California dispensaries.

Our Site includes an embedded shopping interface powered by Weedmaps, which enables users to find and order products through participating dispensaries. Any transactions initiated through Weedmaps are governed by Weedmaps’ own terms, privacy policy, and legal requirements. Tikun Olam is not responsible for Weedmaps’ processes, fulfillment, or data handling.

The information on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be relied upon as such. Cannabis products affect individuals differently, and results vary.

Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Tikun Olam products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. Product Information

Cannabis products may have varying effects and may not be suitable for all individuals. Product descriptions provided on the Site are for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from final products sold at dispensaries.

The intoxicating effects of cannabis products may be delayed by up to two hours. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery after consuming cannabis.

California Proposition 65 warnings apply where referenced.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links or integrations with third-party services, including:

• Weedmaps (shopping interface)

• Leaf411 (nurse hotline and educational support)

• Dispensaries, educational resources, or other external websites

These third parties operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. Tikun Olam is not responsible for their content, practices, or services.

When you access or use third-party services, you do so at your own risk.

7. User-Generated Content (Future Features)

The Site may include features in the future allowing users to post reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Tikun Olam:

• A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license

• To use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your content

You agree that User Content must not:

• Contain misleading, false, or unverified claims

• Include medical advice

• Include unlawful, offensive, or infringing material

• Violate privacy or intellectual property rights

We may remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, publications, trademarks, and design—is owned by Tikun Olam LLC or licensed to us.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Site content

• Use automated tools to extract or scrape content

• Use our trademarks without written permission

The Site is designed to comply with U.S. and California cannabis regulations. Accessing the Site from other locations is done at your own initiative. Tikun Olam makes no representation that content on the Site is appropriate outside of California cannabis law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Tikun Olam LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

• Tikun Olam’s total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site shall not exceed $100.

This limitation applies even if Tikun Olam was advised of possible damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tikun Olam LLC harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any laws or rights of third parties

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
