During Purim and Passover the dispensaries, the clinic and the service centers are open and available as usual.
In the week between 21-25 of April the dispensary in Safed will be open only on 21 and on 24th, the rest of the days it will be closed.

Important announcement!

*According to the update of the Ministry of Health: patients will be able to transfer to BOL or IMC(IMC supplier will be able to provide only pre-rolled joints and pre-grinded floresiensis and oils). The remaining companies are not able to receive new patients.

We would like to inform our patients on a shortage of medical cannabis floresiensis (including capsules and pre-rolled joints) over the next four months.

Please note that all our oil-based products are and will be available in accordance to the quantity specified on the license. 

As of July 2019, all products and strains will return to full supply, cultivated at our new greenhouse facilities operates under the IMC-GAP standard.

Unfortunately, despite our major efforts, we cannot provide floresiensis in the next four months, due to the transfer and upgrade of our cultivation facility, under the IMC-GAP standard, with meticulous attention to the product's quality.

In accordance with the Ministry of Health, the following decisions were made:

  1. Patients that consume Oil based products can continue to receive their prescription as usual.

  1. Patients full prescription will be provided until March 14th (in accordance to the quantity specified on the license). 

  1. We will assist our patients to transfer their licenses and receive floresiensis from other suppliers. To download a transitional form, click here
    According to the update from the Ministry of Health, please specify the name of the supplier you wish to transfer to: BOL/
    IMC (IMC supplier will be able to provide only pre-rolled joints and pre-grinded floresiensis or oils). patients that had already requested a company that can not receive more patients, will be referred to one of the options above, according to the MOH call.

​       * Oncologists licenses will make the supplier transition in thier hospital department or via Tikun Olam. Licenses of patients from Assaf Harofeh Medical Center issued by Dr. Greenfield, should contact the department and Dr. Greenfield will change the supplier's name on the existing license with a stamp and signature.

  1. The Ministry of Health instruct patients with oncology licenses to carry out the transfer of the supplier in their hospital department.

  2. Our nursing clinic team will keep providing advice and guidance to patients.

We deeply apologize for the circumstances that led to the temporary shortage. We would like to emphasize that as of July, we will return to provide all medical cannabis products, cultivated at our new greenhouse facilities that operates under the IMC-GAP standard (according to the Ministry of Health guidelines).

Tikun Olam offers patients a delivery service to all parts of the country. Deliveries are done by region once per month (usually towards the beginning of the month). Delivery Cost: 100 NIS *fix price by MOH

Early Delivery/Distribution

Early distribution of medical cannabis may be done up to three days prior to the end of the month, or in the last three days of every month. For example, for months ending on the 30th, early distribution is available starting the 28th. Patients that have a different set/fixed date may pick up their early distribution up to three days before their fixed date.

Important Guidelines Issued by the Ministry of Health and Israel Police

The name and ID number of the delivery person must appear in the medical cannabis license for delivery approval. The person authorized to receive the cannabis on behalf of the patient must also be registered on the license. The authorized receiver must present both his/her and the patient’s original government issued IDs to receive the delivery.

The original cannabis license must be presented to receive the medical cannabis delivery. Copies are not valid substitutions.

If your medical cannabis license is lost, stolen, or you need a re-issued license because of wear and tear, you will need to file a police report and bring a copy of the report to our offices so that we can submit the original license and the police report to the Ministry of Health in order to re-issue a new original copy of the license.

Please take care of your medical cannabis licenses, it is your personal responsibility to maintain the necessary paperwork.

General Guidelines

Please keep track of the expiration date of your license and request a renewal if necessary ahead of time. Patients with expired licenses will not be able to receive medical cannabis.
